Ben Elliott Racing Ltd have become the accredited driver coaching company for Ginetta Cars. The company’s instructor, Ben Elliott races in the Texaco Havoline Ginetta Championship.

Ben has coached over 30 junior drivers in the last 2 years, many of whom have gone on to win their Championship. His calm and smooth instructing technique appeals to the young drivers and he seems to build a rapport with them where they trust each other 100%

Ben will be on hand to offer his advice and experience from when the customer receives their car up to they start racing. One to one instruction is hugely beneficial for all racing drivers but especially the young ones who lack some driving skills before they get into the race car.

All young drivers will have to attend a Young Driver Assessment and Training day with Ben Elliott Racing Ltd before they can go out on track. Once they have completed that they can go on to a circuit but they will have to have a qualified instructor next to them at all times for insurance reasons.

Skills taught include an improved use of vision, racing lines, understanding the physics of the cars behaviour in a corner and braking techniques. However, the training program can be tailored to your needs

Past Junior clients include Henry Surtees, Robert Gaffney, Domnic Lakeman-Pettit and new-to-Ginetta in 2007 Nina Jo-Atkinson who progresses from the Saxmax Championship.
