Ginetta Junior Triple Winners
The reigning PlayStation Ginetta Junior Champion James Harrison progressed to the SR3 Class for Radical Enduros last weekend, 21st July and won both races at his premier outing in the Radical.
The first Champion of the PlayStation Ginetta Junior Championship, Toby Newton (right, centre) also took took a win at Thruxton last weekend having already won at Spa.
The 2005 Ginetta Junior Championship winner won in the Dunlop Radical Bi-Duro Championship from pole position on his way up the motorsport career ladder.
Graham Carroll ran in the BRDC Stars of Tomorrow car last year and now races in the Scottish Formula Ford 1600 Championship. He too took his first win last weekend at Knockhill to complete a hat-trick of former Ginetta racers winning on the same weekend.

These latest wins by Ginetta Junior graduates come after Henry Surtees (left) won his first Formula BMW race earlier this month at Donington Park. Surtees came third in last year’s Ginetta Championship for 14 - 16yr olds, acquiring four wins along the way.

Williams joined the Formula BMW grid with Surtees as runner up of the 2006 PlayStation Ginetta Junior Championship and as part of his prize tested a Formula Ford at Pembrey.
Further ex-Ginetta Junior racers who have gone on to be successful include Robert Gaffney who now regularly races in front of crowds attending the British Touring Car races in the ELF Renault Clio Cup championship.
Furthermore, Luciano Bacheta currently lies second in the Formula Palmer Audi single-seater Championship, and Chloe Edwards (left) has remained with ‘tin-tops’ and gone on to take two podiums in Dunlop Sport Maxx this year.
Ginetta racing really is good training ground for racers of the future.
