Ginetta 2006 Winter Series

After another successful year in the AVO Ginetta Championship, Ginetta cars have pounced on the opportunity to organise a two round winter series championship with a bit of a twist.

The Championship will consist of two meetings over two weekends in November. One race will be held at the Norfolk based circuit of Snetterton and the other will be held at Brands Hatch, Kent.

These meeting will not run in the same format as most of the current competitors are used to. These races will be a two driver race. The race will be 40 minutes long with a mandatory pit stop for a driver change. This will certainly spice things up for the race as strategy will now come into play and the racing will become even closer.

The format of the meeting will be a 25 minute qualifying session which both drivers will need to complete a minimum of 3 laps each to qualify. Followed by a 40 minute race. Pit stop regulations will follow.

ENTRY FEES

£400 + VAT Per car Per Meeting

£700 + VAT Per car for whole of the Winter Series
